We are a dentist recruiting company working with a beautiful, private office that is seeking a dentist. They have many established patients already established as well as many new patients each month. The office has hundreds of online reviews averaging 4.8 stars! The office is located just 35 minutes southwest of Grand Rapids, in the town of Zeeland, MI.
The office is mostly PPO insurances and some FFS. The office has digital x-rays, paperless charting, CBCT, CEREC, AI radiographs and more. The practice has been established for over 70 years, but they moved to a new location in 2016. Everything is modern and new. They have 9 operatories and room to add a 10th if needed.
They have an experienced team of assistants, hygienists and front desk as well. They have 5 full time hygienists. There would always be 2 dentists working each day, so there is excellent mentoring and collaboration available.
Ideally they would like a dentist to work 4 days per week, but would consider a dentist anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week. General restorative procedures is all that is required but they can offer wonderful mentoring in advanced procedures such as placing implants and molar endo.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
- Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
- State license to practice dentistry.
- CPR certification.
- Proven experience working in a dental practice.
- The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- The ability to work in a team.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent communication skills.
