Synopsis:
Learn how to create 3D print surgical guides for full arch implant placement by using software to design to print guides. 3D printing of provisionals for immediate loading is also taught in this course in addition to TBone grafting and immediate implant placements for full arch treatment. The use of PRF (Plasma Rich Fibrin) and its role in wound healing and soft tissue augmentation is explained. Full arch scanning for: surgical guide design, provisional prosthesis, custom abutments, final prosthesis, CBCT imaging and intraoral imaging and their role in full arch guided surgery are all covered. In fact the whole conversion process is described in detail.

Description of Speaker:
Dr. Daniel Domingue graduated from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and obtained his DDS degree in 2007. After Dental School he went on to a three year in advanced training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he served as Chief Resident of the Dental and Oral Surgery Department. His training included one year in General Practice Residency and two years in Dental Implantology Fellowship.

During these years, he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for outstanding leadership in Implant Dentistry, a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and an Associate Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in New York City.

After residency and during his first years in private practice Dr. Domingue was awarded the Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology in Las Vegas, NV, the highest award possible for a general dentist practicing implantology. He was also recognized as the youngest recipient of this award in the entire world.

He was later given a Mastership and Diplomate award from the International Congress of Oral Implantology in New York City for his outstanding work in Implant Dentistry and a Fellowship award from The American Academy of Implant Dentistry in Phoeniz, AZ. Dr. Domingue is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Acadiana District Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and is the Founder and President of Acadiana Southern Society. Dr. Domingue currently resides in Lafayette, LA with his wife, Megan, and daughter, Danielle. He practice here with his partner/Uncle, Dr. Jerome Smith DDS, in an implant referral practice (http://www.acadianadentistry.com/).

He is past president of the Acadiana District Dental Association, and current president of Acadiana Southern Society. He is a member of AAID, ICOI, ABOI, ADA, LDA, and ASS.

first half of course was helpful when talking about the immediate guided surgery. Second half of the course was entertaining but not helpful at all talking about prosthetic ears and not relevant to course. Very entertaining, not helpful.

Nice course , Goes over digital 3D planning surgical guide fabrication and surgical vedios . Will need to take further course in bsb plan and mesh mixer and should have ability to print in office guides and provisionals to be to utilize the skills learned in day to day practice .
